Experiences

As a general guideline, all services (transfers, tours, spa treatments, decorations, etc.) must be requested at least one day in advance and require written confirmation from our team. Please keep our standard office hours in mind when requesting or confirming services.

Once a tour, transfer, spa treatment, or decoration service has been confirmed, the guest agrees to the corresponding charges.

Please note the following cancellation policies:

• Tours: cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the service date. Cancellations received within this period will be charged in full.
• Transfers: cancellations must be made between 24 and 8 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations received outside this window will be charged in full.
• Spa Treatments & Decorations: we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Our team will always do its best to assist with unforeseen circumstances and accommodate rescheduling requests whenever feasible.

Please note that if a booking is made within the minimum notice period required for each service category, any subsequent cancellation will automatically incur the full charge. For cancellations or reservation inquiries, we encourage you to contact our concierge team as early as possible.
