Located on the ground floor in a separate area near the hotel's reception and restaurant, these rooms are ideal for guests seeking easy access to main facilities. Please note that, due to their location, they may be less suitable for light sleepers.

Our Essential Rooms offer slightly more space, each measuring 18 m² (194 ft²), and are located on the first and second floors. They feature bathrooms with showers. Our Essential Rooms offer 15 m² (161 ft²) of cozy and comfortable space. Featuring one queen-size bed and bathroom with shower, these rooms are located on the first and second floors. Though compact, they provide a welcoming atmosphere ideal for travelers seeking simplicity without sacrificing comfort.
Your reservation is confirmed by email with a confirmation number.
Rooms are assigned by the category reserved. If you would like a specific room, please let us know when booking and we will do our best to assign it; final assignment is subject to availability.
For reservations of 6 or more rooms, please contact us for our group terms.
All dates of the year, except Christmas and New Year
No deposit is required. You may modify or cancel your reservation free of charge.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total stay is required. If you need to change your dates, your full deposit will be held as credit toward your new reservation. If you cancel without changing your dates, the deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment of the stay is required. If you need to change your dates at least 7 days before arrival, the full amount paid will be held as credit toward your new reservation. If you cancel without changing your dates, the payment is non-refundable.
Within 6 days of arrival, changes and cancellations are not possible and no credit is issued.
Your new arrival date must be selected at the time you request the change and fall within 6 months of your original arrival date, subject to availability.
Credit may also be applied to High Season stays at the rate in effect at the time of the change. Any difference in rate must be paid when the new reservation is confirmed.
Credit may be used only once; once the new reservation is confirmed, no further changes are possible.
December 18 to January 3
A minimum stay of 3 nights and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total stay are required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before October 1; reservations made on or after that date require full payment at confirmation.
If you cancel before October 1, only the 50% deposit is retained and the remaining balance will not be charged. Date changes are accepted only before October 1. After that date, changes, cancellations, and refunds are not possible.
If you do not arrive on the confirmed date or end your stay before the reserved departure date, the full stay will be charged and no credit will be issued.
Reservations made through travel agencies, booking platforms, or other third parties are subject to the terms of the channel used.
All requests must be sent in writing to reservations@hotellospasos.com, including the reservation number, guest name, and reservation dates. All deadlines are calculated based on the arrival date.
